< strong>We expect that our candidate:

• has a higher education;
• has at least 2 years of work experience in the HR department at an enterprise with a staff of 200 or more (men);
• has experience of interaction with the TCC and SP (passing inspections is desirable);
• well knows the legal acts regarding the accounting of conscripts and conscripts;
• li>can work with a large amount of information and quickly perform tasks in multitasking mode.

Main tasks:

• keeping records of all conscripts, conscripts of the enterprise according to the rules and forms established by the Ministry of Defense and the State Statistics Service of Ukraine;
• checking that new employees have military registration documents, their correct completion, updates, etc.;
• reservation of conscripts for the enterprise for the period of mobilization and martial law;
• organization of obtaining documents confirming the criticality status of the enterprise;
• cooperation with the TCC and SP (written information about the acceptance of a conscript employee, preparation for inspections and passing these inspections, etc.).

Working conditions:

• Work schedule Mon-Fri from 9 to 6 p.m.;
• Fully official employment with all norms of the Labor Code of Ukraine.
• Paid vacation for 24 calendar days.
• Work in a modern office with constant light and heat, with delicious coffee.
