Main tasks:
- Participation in the organization and conduct of evaluation activities, providing administrative support and processing of results.
- Interaction with HR -managers and department heads for effective internal transfer and development of employees.
- Monitoring of the implementation of training programs and individual development plans (IPR), preparation of proposals for their improvement.
- Participation in development and implementation projects on personnel assessment and development, focused on the strategic goals of the company.
- Preparation of newsletters and materials for communication within the company on matters of assessment, training and development.
- Interaction with managers and HR for support for the evaluation process, mentoring and mentoring programs.
- Collection and preparation of primary analysis of data on the results of training and development of employees, preparation of reports for department management.
- Support of the "Personnel reserve" project (selection personnel reservists and providing feedback on enrollment), subtrymka in drawing up IPR of employees of the personnel reserve and based on the results of staff evaluation, monitoring of IPR implementation.
Our expectations:
- Higher education in the direction of "Personnel Management", "Psychology", "Business Administration" or another related specialty.;
- Experience in the field of HR or personnel management for at least 3 years.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience working with large volumes of data.
- Practical experience in the design and implementation of training and development programs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
>- Ability to make decisions independently and approach assigned tasks responsibly.
- Skills in working with computer programs and information systems related to HR.
- Proficiency in English is desirable not below the Intermediate level.
- Professional command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook programs;
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM - will be an advantage.
- Assessment software.
- Preferred: Professional development certifications (eg SHRM, HRCI). Courses on development of leadership skills, assessment and training.
