FUNCTIONSONAL POSITIONS: Ensuring proper functioning of internal communication channels (online and offline).Participation in the preparation and holding of intra-corporate events.Positioning of the employer brand among company employees.Organization and conducting research and surveys among the company's employees. Organization and conducting of photo and video shootings, necessary for the implementation of internal communications. Organization of purchase, accounting and write-off of souvenir and branded products. >Working with counterparties in the relevant areas, maintaining contractual documentation.REQUIREMENTS: strong>
- Higher education
- Work experience of 3 years in the field of internal communications
- Work experience in a large company, understanding system business specifics;
- General understanding of the oil and gas industry;
- Experience of working with counterparties, managing contracts.
REQUIRED SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE:
- High level of command of the Ukrainian language
- Ability to write texts for an internal audience
- Understanding the basics of design (photo processing, creating graphic images, etc.)
- Ability to analyze masses of information and draw conclusions
- Organizational abilities
- System thinking
