Your tasks:
responsible for strategic planning of recruiting processes;
organize, coordinate and monitor the implementation of the strategic plan;
develop and implement motivational strategies and plans for the recruiting department;
develop and optimize the processes of finding and hiring employees for the company;
manage the recruiting process, coordinate and supervise the work of the team;
responsible for the preparation of recruiting budgets and monitoring the implementation of all budget indicators;
participate in the selection of personnel for key positions.
From you we expect:
experience in the full cycle of recruiting from 3 years, of which at least 1 year in a managerial position;
understanding the specifics of the work of the CC and mass selection;
successful team management experience;
English language B2-C1;
ownership of various tools for building effective recruiting processes;
systematic implementation of improvements and optimization of recruiting processes;
structured thinking and the ability to make strategic decisions based on data;
strong communication and writing skills
