FutureMeds -a network of research centers that conduct international clinical trials of new drugs. We are part of a European network of 27 centers in 8 European countries.
Clinical research is the last stage before a new drug reaches pharmacies. Patients with chronic diseases get free access to innovative treatment, and we collect data on effectiveness and safety for international pharmaceutical companies.
There are hundreds of patients in Zhytomyr who are no longer helped by standard therapy. We have international protocols that can help. Among them are doctors who do not yet know about this possibility.
The essence of the role
Specialist in cooperation with doctors - a person who builds and develops a network of partnership relations with doctors of Zhytomyr region. Your task is to systematically find, attract and support doctors who will refer patients to our center.
This is not a classic medical representative. You do not "sell" drugs. You open up opportunities:
Key difference: you don’t just “bypass doctors” — you build a system that generates a predictable result. You think as the owner of your territory, not as an executor of a list of tasks.
What you will do:
Build professional relationships, not collect contacts. Get to know doctors personally, understand their context (which patients are concerned, what are the limitations of the practice), become a useful resource for them - the person they call for advice.
Form a clear understanding of "which the patient is suitable." Explain not in general, but with examples. To help the doctor not to make mistakes, and not just to "try". Less, but more accurate is better for everyone.
Always close the feedback loop. Return to the doctor with feedback: whether the patient has reached or approached. Thank you for the quality referrals. Without this, trust does not work.
Proactively eliminate barriers. Diagnose why a specific doctor does not refer (forgets? does not understand the criteria? does not trust? is afraid of losing the patient?) and develop solutions for each barrier.
Work systematically. Keep records of doctors, contacts, agreements, follow-up. Know clearly: who is active, who has "chilled out", who needs to be restored and when. Do not rely on memory or mood.
Keep an ethical stance. Participation is not suitable for everyone. The final decision is always up to the doctor and the patient. The patient's interest is a priority. Do not promise what you do not control.
What success looks like:
In 3 months - you will know the medical environment of Zhytomyr Oblast: who is who, where is the potential, who to work with first. There are the first active partners and the first referrals.
After 6 months — you have a working system: you know exactly how many doctors are in the funnel, for whicheveryone at this stage. The referrals are predictable.
In 12 months - the region's doctors will know you. They call themselves. You understand patterns: what works, what doesn't, and why. You don't just fill the role - you develop it.
