Creative designer in Agromat, PTK, TOV

AGROMAT is a national chain of retail and wholesale stores of tiles, sanitary ware and floor covering, the undisputed market leader.

We are looking for a creative designer who will be responsible for the brand's visual solutions: from the idea and key visual to adaptations for different channels. This is a role with impact - involving concepts, working in a team with copywriters and managing external creative resources. 

Functional duties:

• creation of visual materials for marketing and communication campaigns (digital, OOH, presentations, social networks); 400">participation in the development of creative ideas and concepts together with copywriters;
• development of key visuals, adaptation to different formats;
• design of presentations and creative materials for internal and external teams;
• coordination and organization of work with subordinates: setting tasks, quality control and compliance with creative requirements;
• development of animation of easy complexity (as an additional advantage).

Requirements:

• experience in a similar position; mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects;
• understanding of the principles of composition, typography, collage;
• responsibility, attention to detail, independence in work:
ability to work in a team and with deadlines; font-weight: 400">experience working with freelancers would be an advantage.
