Today our warehouse requires a specialist in claims work

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Accepting and processing complaints:receiving complaints from customers (stores) regarding defects, overstocking or under-delivery.
• Incident investigation: checking warehouse balances, reconciliation with WMS-system data, viewing video recordings of surveillance cameras.
• Interaction: communication with sales departments, accountants, logistics and suppliers to resolve disputed issues.
• Analytics:reporting on claims, analysis of reasons the occurrence of shortages or errors during assembly.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Work experience: from 1 year in a similar position (preferably warehouse, logistics, advertising).
• Skills: basic PC user (1C, WMS, Excel);
• ability to communicate politely and constructively with by clients;
• attention to details and responsibility;
• organization and ability to work with a large amount of information;
• stress resistance and ability to work in multitasking mode.
