Meest China is looking for a Retention Manager!

Your main responsibilities:

  • analysis of the reasons for the outflow and decrease in the volume of VIP clients based on data;
  • formation and management databases of risky and inactive VIP customers;
  • proactive contact with customers to return cooperation;
  • restoration of trust after problem cases (delays, customs, losses, service);
  • development of individual offers for returning customers (tariffs, bonuses, solutions);
  • interaction with operational and logistics teams to quickly solve problems of customers;
  • cooperation with Sales, VIP managers and customer service for a unified approach to the customer;
  • participation in the development of retention strategies, loyalty programs and process automation;
  • formation of regular reporting on returning customers.

For work, you will need:

  • experience of working with VIP or key customers in the B2B segment;
  • analytical thinking, ability to work with CRM, data and KPI;
  • understanding of logistics processes and customer experience;
  • strong negotiation and communication skills;
  • high level of responsibility, proactivity and the ability to restore customer trust after problemscomplex situations;
  • ability to build long-term relationships with clients;
  • ability to work with objections and restore client trust;
  • orientation on results, revenue and client development;
  • stress resistance and ability to work with high expectations of VIP clients.
