Job description

Requirements:

• education: complete higher education;
• 1 year of work experience;

Duties:

• maintains an up-to-date register of veterans of the enterprise (accounting, status, contacts, needs);
• accepts applications from veterans or family members in the format of "single windows";
• conducts an initial assessment of needs and forms an individual reintegration/adaptation plan;
• routes to: social guarantees, rehabilitation/psychological support, social programs, HR, medical service, OP (if necessary);
• accompanies return to work/adaptation at the workplace together with HR/OP/medical service; monitors the implementation of the plan and escalates to the head of the department (conflicts, breakdowns, signs, crisis) in order;
• prepares a summary of cases for management decisions.
