Specialist for analysis of UMF grant procedures and Council of Europe standards in Ukrayinskiy molodizhniy fond

The Ukrainian Youth Fund is a newly created state institution under the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, which is designed to support the initiatives of Ukrainian youth through transparent competitions.

We are starting the implementation of the institutional development project "Improving UMF procedures in accordance with the standards and principles of the Council of Europe" with the financial support of the Council of Europe within the scope of the project "Youth for Democracy in Ukraine: Phase III". In this regard, we invite a Specialist to the team for analysis procedures for granting grants of the UMF and standards of the Council of Europe.

Duties:

• studying and carrying out a comprehensive analysis of grant procedures by the Ukrainian Youth Fund and their compliance with Council of Europe standards;
• preparation of detailed analytical and comparative reports on UMF grant procedures with Council of Europe standards;

• interaction with key stakeholders to gather information and share experiences.

Requirements:

• experience in the analysis and evaluation of procedures or policies;
< li>experience in preparation of analytical reports; the ability to make independent assessments;
• knowledge of Ukrainian legislation related to the activities of the Ukrainian Youth Fund and the youth policy sector as a whole, and international standards of the Council of Europe;
• higher education in the field of law, international relations , social sciences or similar specialties will be an advantage;
• work experience in Ukrainian, international public organizations will be an advantage;
• knowledge of English at a level no lower than Intermediate will be an advantage.

Terms of cooperation:

• project employment, presence of FOP and registration as a taxpayer of group 3.
