I know from my own experience that it is difficult to understand from a standard job description on a job search site whether it is your company or not. Therefore, my description is as long and detailed as possible, I hope you will appreciate it.
Why am I looking for a specialist personally, and not HR? We do not have an HR department at bodo. As leaders, we shape our teams and cultivate our corporate culture. All stages of selection are carried out by me.

Now about our requirements for the specialist I am looking for:
- Understands what he is writing about: knows how to work with facts, technical task
- He knows for whom he writes and for what purpose. He knows how to present the necessary information to the reader so that the text fulfills its purpose.
- Sees the text in the whole product.
- Works with different types of texts: it applies to both writing and editing. Knows how to build his work for the day so that the source of inspiration does not dry up and colleagues start their work phase on timeand Writes simply, clearly and for the people.
- Attentive to all words, numbers, commas and dashes. Goes into all the details if the text lacks any detail.
- Offers ideas for improving the work of the department, invents tools for more efficient work.
- Likes to edit texts - large and small genres.
- Treats the text responsibly. Your score depends on the number of mistakes.

- No bad habits (including IQOS, glo, singles, vapes, etc.).
IMPORTANT: Everyone, including me, works in an office full time . No remote work or hybrid schedule .
What will you do :
- Write texts of various volumes ( impression descriptions, SEO texts , social media posts, newsletters - for bodo.ua and travel.bodo.ua ) - 60% of the time.
- Proofread and edit various texts of colleagues - 40% of the time.
- Work in Google Drive and ERP system.
How is the salary formed?
The salary of everyone in the company consists of a rate and a bonus part.
The rate is 20,000 hryvnias, the monthly bonus is 5,000 hryvnias.
Bonuses depend on the following KPIs:
- quality of work (50% bonus) is one of our main values. Your actions and inaction should not create "problems" for customers, partners and your colleagues. Each such "problem" is recorded, and the bonus is calculated according to the formula bonus amount / number of "problems". One "problem" during the month does not mathematically affect the bonus, more does;
- work efficiency (50% bonus). All tasks that you will do have a target time for completion. We add up the target completion time for all the tasks you completed during the month and divide by the number of working hours. All employees easily reach the target efficiency during the first 2 months of work.
About the probationary period
In this position, it is 3 months. The salary does not differ during the trial period and after.
About our hiring process
I personally review all reviews and conduct phone and offline interviews. I make decisions quickly and provide feedback (both continuation of communication and termination) immediately or the next day.
Only a few days can pass between responding to a vacancy and receiving a job offer.
About the team
Our team consists of 2 copywriters and I am the manager. You can easily ask a question to your manager, colleagues from your department or other departments. If you need help, you write a letter to a colleague - and it is the colleague's task to respond and help. None of the colleagues, not even the TOPs, can ignore your letter.
The cover letter and the financial expectations indicated in it are MANDATORY elements of the feedback. So I understand in particular that you have read the vacancy. Having a portfolio and actively working on it will be an advantage for you.
