We invite you to join the Customer Relations Specialist team. p>

Your area of ​​responsibility:

• Provide customer support: incoming, outgoing calls, correspondence;
• Help customers with placement vacancies;
• Process incoming/outgoing calls, chats, e-mails and leads;
• Promptly respond to client requests, with the aim of processing them within the specified time;
• li>Qualitatively and quickly process requests on all specified communication channels in accordance with established norms (KPI);
• Provide consulting and other services to clients (assistance in working with service, assistance in service demonstration, problem solving, etc.);
• Store data on customer requests in social media tools (CRM, chats, telephony, etc.), with a clear description of customer situations/needs;
• Maintain and maintain the relevance of the customer database, recording and updating information about them;
• Maintain effective communication with other company departments;
• Make suggestions for improving current work processes for cooperation with clients;
• Prepare and send commercial offers to clients (according to the client's incoming request);
• Work on attracting and registering new clients, studying their needs, consulting on technical and consumer characteristics services;
• Make proposals for improving work processes and programs (SRM, admin-panel);
• Creation of reports on work performed and to improve efficiency work

Wishes for the candidate:

• Higher education;
• Literary Ukrainian (oral and written) ;
• Ability to express one's opinion clearly, fast and high-quality typing (typing);
• Skills in conducting negotiations and business correspondence;
• Communication, politeness, responsibility;
• You know how to work coolly in a team and go to achieve the set goals

You are expected:

• Official employment, which includes: 24 days of annual vacation and paid sick leave;
• Work schedule from Mon. on Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., of course, with a reset hour;
• Attendance of specialized events and training;
• Medical insurance;
• No need to issue an official sick leave for the first sick days, if you feel that soon you will be 100% ready to start work.
