Social worker of WGSS in Lviv in Region Karpat, MFOZNS / NEEKA

MFOZNS "Carpathian Region" NEEKA announces a competition for the position of WGSS social worker in the city of Lviv on full-time employment conditions.

Requirements:

• Higher education in social work or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in social work
• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of preventing and combating domestic violence and gender-based violence.

• Ability to work with vulnerable population groups, compliance with the principles of confidentiality and ethics.
   

Responsibilities:

• Provide social support to beneficiaries of the center.
• Lead individual support plans.
• Promote resocialization and integration of victims in community.
• Conducting group activities on security planning, risk reduction, raising awareness of GHG, protection and recovery opportunities;
• Reporting on work results and carrying out operational coordination with case managers.
• Create and implement intervention programs for crisis response.
• Participate in weekly coordination meetings, supervisions, cross-sectoral meetings, reporting on progress and challenges.
