"Tenth of April" is a public organization that implements the UNHCR program, which aims to improve the protection of internally displaced persons (IDPs), the population affected by the conflict, by providing legal, social, psychological and humanitarian assistance, promoting legislative changes, involving communities in responding to emergency situations and finding long-term solutions, in cooperation with authorities and supporting their potential, with a special emphasis on the most vulnerable groups. Tasks and responsibilities

• Travels as part of an emergency response team in the Odesa region to locations of damaged civil infrastructure objects to provide emergency support within the framework of procedures approved by the donor and the Organization.

• Provides advisory assistance, disseminates information and carries out redirection of aid recipients to other specialists of the project and/or partner organizations to receive other types of aid and coordinates interactions within the scope of such redirection.

• Performs further support after referral: clarifies the status of receiving services, records results, initiates repeated actions within the scope of authority if necessary.

• Interacts with state authorities, local self-government bodies, individuals and legal entities and establishes effective communication with representatives of the authorities in order to monitor the situation and form an algorithm for solving the problems of beneficiaries and communities in the region.

• Analyzes and assesses the needs of beneficiaries and the affected population, in particular, participates in activities related to protection monitoring, conducts interviews and focus group discussions, within the limits of approved plans and tasks.

• Conducts initial identification of persons who have applied or were identified, and determines their needs in accordance with the criteria and procedures of the project with useapproved forms.

Qualification requirements and technical skills

• Experience in humanitarian projects is welcome.
• Knowledge of spoken and written Ukrainian language.
• Knowledge of spoken and written English is welcome.
• Excellent computer skills (must be MS Office).
• Readiness for business trips and field trips work.
• Availability of personal PC.
• Availability of technical education is welcome.
• Experience of interaction with representatives of authorities is welcome.
