"Tenth of April" is a public organization that implements the UNHCR program, which is aimed at improving the protection of internally displaced persons (IDPs), the population affected by conflict, by providing legal, social, psychological and humanitarian assistance, promoting changes in legislation, involving communities in responding to emergency situations and finding long-term solutions, in cooperation with authorities and supporting their potential, with a special emphasis on the most vulnerable groups.

Tasks and responsibilities
- Immediately respond (with departures at night) in case of emergency situations (conducting monitoring work, carrying out analysis and assessment of the needs of persons whose houses were damaged by armed conflict);
- Follow the instructions regarding the distribution of materials and non-food products;
- Control and record the filling of distribution sheets with the participation of representatives of district housing and communal households or administrations;
- Interact with departments, other responsible units of the Organization and Partners under agreements to provide the affected population with reliable information about the possibilities of receiving aid;
- As part of a mobile group, carry out a trip for the direct distribution of humanitarian aid (kits for emergency housing repair and other non-food products);
- Control of the installation of kits for emergency housing repairs to vulnerable population categories;
- Compilation of digital and descriptive reports based on the results of emergency response visits, provided for by the instructions and mandate of the management.
Qualification requirements and technical skills
- Experience in humanitarian projects welcome.
- Knowledge of oral and written Ukrainian language.
- Knowledgespoken and written English is welcome.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office is a must).
- Readiness for business trips and field work.
- Availability of personal PC.
- Availability of technical education is welcome.
- Experience of interaction with representatives of government bodies is welcome.
