Our team already has 200+ specialists, but we are actively looking for Social Media Support Specialist is a person who will become the voice of Health & Fitness applications in social networks and feedback platforms, will respond to user requests and will take care of the quality experience and reputation of the brand in the public space.
Your future duties:
- Monitoring brand mentions on social media and review sites (eg Sitejabber, Trustpilot, Google Play);
- Prompt response to social media comments and messages, feedback and customer inquiries, providing professional support;
- Handling negative feedback and complaints, resolution user issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments;
- Creating and maintaining response templates and communication guidelines;
- Analyzing user feedback and generating ideas for opportunities to improve products and their reputation;
- Interacting directly with the marketing team on popular trends that persist across our platforms, and user reactions to them.
We expect from you:
- Experience in customer support, SMM or in the field of reputation management;
- Confidence command of written English at the B2 level and above;
- Experience with social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and/or feedback platforms (Trustpilot, Google Play, App Store, Sitejabber);
- Understanding the principles of building dialogue and effective communication.
We offer:
- Fully remote work format from anywhere in the world (on your own equipment);
- Rotary work schedule according to the scheme 4 working days - 2 weekends, 3 working days - 1 weekend. Shifts alternate in the following order: 2 in the morning > 2 in the afternoon > 3 in the evening. There are no night shifts. Available time slots:
- Morning: 07:00-15:00
- Daytime: 12:00-20:000
- Evening: 15:00-00:00;
