Product quality control:

• organization of quality control, from raw materials to finished products;">

  • analysis of customer complaints and claims, preparation of responses and taking measures to eliminate problems;

  • interaction with the incoming materials;

  negotiations.

  Documentation and reporting:

  • control over documentation related to quality;
