We are a fast growing transportation company looking for a creative, organized and proactive person to help us attract the best drivers! Your primary mission is to post our job ads on social media, industry platforms, and anywhere drivers interact online.

What you will do:

• Post job ads on Facebook groups, Craigslist, trucking job sites, and other platforms
• Make ads fresh, engaging, and easy to understand
• Answer driver questions and send leads to our HR recruiting team
• Track which ads are performing best and share ideas to attract more candidates
• Talk to native speakers (drivers) on the phone and send them text messages as needed

You will post your stuff to:

• Trucking Facebook groups (eg CDL Jobs, Truck Driver Jobs USA, Owner Operators Wanted). Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and job sites
• Good command of written English and good communication skills
• An initiative person - you don't need a nanny who will do everything for you
• If you know freight or logistics is a big plus
• A person who confidently communicates with native speakers, without fear

• Competitive on-time pay for working hours, 14:00 to 22:00
