They love startup culture: work fast, adapt quickly, share work, give feedback, and joke along the way.They're looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to join their team.You will brand aerospace companies, help Y Combinator alums build products 'people want', take pictures of dogs, help AI to help humans, explain smart breathing machines and receive awards for that.About the role:With the Marketing Manager already in place, they need someone to craft the social media strategy for the studio`s non-profit project, build content, and generate new ideas.In collaboration with the marketing team, you will work with key experts, creating content that stands out among competitors and enriches your portfolio.In this role you’ll be:Craft and lead a social media strategy for the studio`s non-profit project;Work with marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with broader campaigns;Create content that clicks with their global audience, driving engagement;Monitor, analyze, and optimize social media performance to fuel continuous improvement;Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with trends and the latest best practices.About you:1+ year of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role;Strong understanding of how social media marketing works and how to achieve measurable results;Confidence in working with content plans, rubrics, and visuals;Ability to set clear technical tasks for designers and video production teams;Keen eye for distinguishing high-quality content from lower quality;Creativity to generate impactful and potentially viral content ideas;Proficiency in English to craft content that resonates with an international audience;Interest in design, tech, fashion, and visual communication trends;Strong drive for self-improvement, learning, and staying updated with best practices;Genuine curiosity, discipline, rationality, thoroughness, and proactivity;Ukrainian courage is a must.Would be a plus: Experience in creating and managing video content, especially TikTok videos and Reels;Expertise in running advertising campaigns, particularly Facebook Ads.Why this role:100% Remote Job.Generous PTO / sick leave / paid holidays.UA income taxes are covered.Coworking Membership.Coverage for professional development courses or workshopsEnglish-speaking clubs.
