This is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist to work on a broad array of marketing campaigns, leveraging the latest tools and strategies in email marketing, conversion optimization, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:  Email Marketing: Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns to engage customers and increase conversion rates  Copywriting: Craft compelling copy for marketing materials, email campaigns, landing pages, and other customer-facing content.  Customer Engagement Platforms: Work with platforms like Braze or similar to optimize customer engagement and personalization.  Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) : Implement CRO strategies across various channels to improve key performance metrics.  Branding: Maintain and strengthen the company's brand voice and identity across all digital channels.  Google & Meta Ads: Collaborate with the team to strategize around Google and Meta ads (without direct management) and optimize ad performance.  A/B Testing: Design and run A/B tests across email, landing pages, and other digital assets to improve campaign performance.  Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend and optimal ROI. Reporting & Analysis: Analyze marketing performance data and report insights to optimize future campaigns.Desired Skills & Qualifications:Must-Have: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, copywriting, and customer engagement platforms (Braze or similar). Strong knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and branding strategies. Familiarity with Google & Meta ads (strategy). Experience in running A/B tests and data analysis. Strong reporting and budget management skills.Good-to-Have: SEO knowledge and experience. Influencer marketing experience. Experience in marketing mobile apps.Benefits: Comprehensive Health Benefits: Employees receive full healthcare coverage, including dental and vision, ensuring their well-being. Flexible Work Environment: Remitbee offers the option for remote work, allowing employees to maintain a good work-life balance. Professional Development: Opportunities for career advancement and growth, with access to learning resources and training programs to help employees enhance their skills. Diverse and Inclusive Culture: A multicultural, inclusive workplace that fosters collaboration and innovation across global teams.
