"Tenth of April" is a public organization that works to improve the protection of the population affected by the conflict by providing legal, social, psychological and humanitarian aid, promotes changes in legislation, involvement of communities in responding to emergency situations and finding long-term solutions, in cooperation with authorities and supporting their potential, with a special emphasis on the most vulnerable groups. We also pay attention to young people: we provide opportunities for the development of youth spaces, career and educational initiatives, help with employment and support initiatives for the development of communities.

?Tasks and responsibilities:

• Organization and administration of the social hub entrepreneurship;
• Performing individual and group counseling for visitors to the hub;
• Planning and holding events on the basis of the hub;
• Conducting informational and explanatory work with visitors to the hub;
• Participating in the development and distribution of thematic materials;
• Participating in work meetings, meetings on organizational issues, issues related to the implementation of project tasks, strengthening professional skills;
• Compile reports, descriptive reports with quantitative and qualitative indicators and other internal organizational documentation;
• Ensure the provision of accurate, meaningful and timely statistical and analytical information for reports, other project documentation;
• Redirection of beneficiaries according to their needs to relevant institutions;
• Perform other duties as required.   

700">Technical skills:

• Knowledge and experience in group facilitation;
• Competence and experience in organizing events;
• Experience in the administration of institutions;
• Experience and willingness to work with young people;
• Proactivity;
• Experience in non-profit and/or humanitarian organizations will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of English (level from B1) will be an advantage;
• Readiness for business trips;
• The candidate is expected to learn and adapt quickly;
• Excellent computer skills (must be MSOffice).
