IT Project Manager in Visual Craft Inc.

We are the Visual Craft team www.visual-craft.com and have been working in the field of software development for 19 years, cooperating with clients from the USA, Canada and Western Europe. Our portfolio includes hundreds of implemented projects: from web development, mobile applications and the creation of scalable software solutions for SMBs and Enterprise to the development of specialized software for international corporations. And among the customers there are both ambitious and progressive startups and companies that are world-famous brands with many years of history.

We want to strengthen the team of our Ukrainian office in Cherkasy, so we are inviting a talented and system manager to the position of Project Manager to our company.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN CANDIDATES FOR THIS ROLE:

• Proficient knowledge of the English language Upper-Intermediate and higher (to build communication with English-speaking customers);
• Basic knowledge of Web development, understanding of the software development life cycle;
• Team management experience;
• Understanding of the principles of project management according to common methodologies, in particular: Agile;
• Good communication and organizational skills, ability to set priorities and to work in conditions of multitasking, analytical thinking.

ADVANTAGE WILL BE:

• Experience in a similar position from 4 years.
• Ability to work with such tools as Jira, Miro, Figma or their analogues;
• Experience in managing projects from the discovery phase to delivery.

WHAT WE WILL DO:

• Managing software development projects (web platforms, mobile applications, specialized software solutions for business);
• Building trusting, long-term relationships with corporate clients and communicating with them at all stages of the project life cycle;
• Supporting the client from the "idea" to the implemented working product;
• Planning development stages;
• Management of the project team (setting tasks and coordinating the work of the team, prioritization, control of terms, budget, volumes and quality of execution at all stages of the project;
• Presentation of development results to customers, participation in strategic planning of product development;
• Development of project documentation.
