Main tasks:

• Implementation of the requirements of European sustainability reporting standards (ESRS S) into the company's activities in terms of social standards.

• Development, review and updating of internal policies, regulations and methodologies in the field of sustainable development and ESG.

• Initiation, development and implementation of corporate programs and projects with sustainable development.

• Ensuring socio-ecological support of construction and reconstruction projects in accordance with the social standards of investors and international practices.

• Planning and implementation of measures aimed at reducing the negative impact of the company's activities on the social environment.

Our expectations:

• Experience in the field of sustainable development — from 3 years, implementation of relevant projects — from 2 years.

• Experience of social management in reconstruction or construction projects, including the development of ESMP and the implementation of social and environmental monitoring according to the standards of the IBRD, EBRD, KfW.

• Knowledge of the legislation of Ukraine in the field of sustainable development and ESG, international social standards (ESRS, IFI).

• English language - Pre-Intermediate (A2 or higher).

• A confident user of MicrosoftOffice and ASKOD.

• Professional expertise in the field of sustainable development, leadership qualities, proactivity, results orientation.

• Readiness for business trips.

• English language is an advantage.
