Social and environmental sustainability manager in UAF Marketing, TOV

Ukrainian Football Association (UAF) is looking for a motivated specialist to join the team to implement the sustainable development strategy, coordinate social and environmental initiatives, as well as support projects in partnership with UEFA, FIFA, Erasmus+, UNHCR and other international organizations.

Main responsibilities:

Sustainable Development Strategy

• Sustainable Development Strategy UAF.

• Data analysis and preparation of analytical and financial reports on project implementation.

Implementation of social and environmental projects

• Coordination of projects within Erasmus+, UEFA, UAF programs.

• Football for All initiatives: support for players with disabilities, inclusion, stadium accessibility.

• Support for refugees and IDPs: organization of tournaments, cooperation with BF "Rokada", Unity Euro Cup, etc.

• Health and well-being: initiatives for UAF employees.

• Environment: completing UEFA questionnaires, environmental audits, reporting.

Project and budget management

• Planning and implementation of initiatives within the limits of the annual budget and grants.

• Control of KPI implementation (number of participants, events, coverage).

• Preparation of orders, estimates, reporting and communication with counterparties.

• Interaction with regional associations, international partners (UEFA, Erasmus+, UNHCR, Terre des Hommes, etc.).

• UAF representation at UEFA, FIFA, CAFE, AccessibAll events, etc.

Education and training

• Conducting modules on social responsibility at D-UAF, C-UEFA courses.

• Organization of educational campaigns, online courses, seminars.

• Participation in professional development (FIFA Guardian, UEFA forums, etc.).

Working with partners

• Communication with UEFA, FIFA, UNHCR, Terre des Hommes, CAFE, AccessibAll, etc.

• Developing partnerships, finding new funding opportunities.

Child and youth protection coordination

• Implementation of the child and youth protection policy.

• Conducting training, creating a network of responsible persons.

• Responding in cases of policy violations.

• Integration of the theme of protection into all educational programs of the UAF.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in managing social or environmental projects.

• Understanding the topics of sustainable development, inclusion, child protection.

• Experience of interaction with international partners, preparation of reports and budgets.

• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language; English - at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate (B2) for work correspondence, communications and reporting.

• Confident user of MS Office, Google Workspace.

• High level of self-organization, responsibility, initiative.
