Ketsal jewelry boutique is looking for an SMM manager, an experienced marketer to join the team.
We are looking for a talented and ambitious SMM manager to help us take our social media presence to the next level.

If you love creating content, understand how algorithms work, and know how to convert followers into customers, this job is for you!

What you will need to do:

* Develop and implement an SMM strategy for all our social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

* Create and publish engaging content - from text posts and stories to videos and reels.

*Analyze the market, prices, audience and competitors.

*Create promotions and promotional offers.

* Plan a content plan, including promotions, contests and other activities.

* Interact with the audience: respond to comments and messages, conduct surveys and create communities.

* Launch and optimize targeted advertising to achieve key indicators (reach, clicks, conversions).

* Analyze the results of SMM activities and advertising campaigns, prepare reports and propose improvement.

* Study trends in SMM and new tools for growth.

What we expect from the candidate:

* Experience as an SMM manager or marketer from 1 year.

* Successful cases of promotion in social networks.

* Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to write engaging texts.

* Understanding the principles of the algorithms of various social networks.

* Experience working with advertising cabinets.

* Ability to work with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).

* Creativity, initiative and the desire to constantly develop.

* Basic skills in working with graphic editors (for example, Canva, Figma) will be a plus.
