Today we are looking for an SMM manager to join the team.

Functional responsibilities:

• development of the presence strategy of ZEZMAN company projects in social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn , YouTube, etc.);
• drawing up media plans and content plans, forming clear promotion objectives: increasing the flow of customers, increasing loyalty to the brand, differentiation from competitors, etc.;
• creation and design of thematic communities, groups, pages, publics.
• content generation with the involvement of "contractors" (photographers, videographers) or using the company's internal resources;
• copywriting (writing texts for posts in social networks);
• creating and setting up advertisements, conducting contests and attracting traffic by any available means;
• analysis of conversion rates and adjustment of targeted advertising campaigns depending on the result;
• communication: creating responses to negative and positive user messages, compiling reports and analytical work.

Profile Skills

- Knowledge and understanding of various social networks including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest (preferred).
- Experience using social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social.
- Proficiency with graphic editors (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) and video editors (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) or similar tools.
—Understanding the principles of SEO and SEM, knowledge of content optimization methods for search engines.
- Ability to create engaging and relevant content, including copywriting skills.
—Skills in organizing contests and promotions, managing activities to increase audience engagement.
- Experience working in a team, communication skills and interaction with other departments to achieve common goals.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
