Together with our client, we are building a new HR Support Center and are looking for an HR Administration Specialist to help with HR portal administration and provide effective transactional and administrative support to managers and employees in the assigned geographical area. This position offers a one-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.

,[Provide payroll and administrative support for internal employees within EMEA and global processes. , Support employee lifecycle management processes such as joiners, leavers, absences, personal data changes, and job changes. , Take full ownership of end-to-end transactions and prepare lifecycle documentation for employees. , Offer customer service, advice, and guidance on company general HR/compensation/company policies/benefits and other Tier 1 questions. , Maintain the HR Portal by uploading, publishing, coordinating, updating, and creating new articles, and reviewing processes. , Partner with internal customers (HR/Benefits/Recruitment etc.) on new content that meets business requirements by administrating the HR Portal. , Run and analyze appropriate metrics when required., Handle onboarding tasks, initiate and complete new hire paperwork/packages and additional required steps. , Act as the first point of contact for all employees and leaders for global HR/portal-related inquiries via the Workday ticketing system. , Assist stakeholders across the organization with their requests, diligently teaching them and encouraging self-service. , Participate in various HR projects and process improvements as they arise.] Requirements: MS Office, Excel, ServiceNow, Workday
