We are looking for an HR Administration Specialist for a global medical company's Business Service Center in Warsaw.

Together with our client, we are building a new HR Support Center and are looking for an HR Administration Specialist to help with HR portal administration and provide effective transactional and administrative support to managers and employees in the assigned geographical area. This position offers a one-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.

  • Previous payroll, HR, or administration experience (ideally 1-2 years in Payroll/HR or SSC).
  • Payroll-related experience.
  • Knowledge of People & Culture (HR) systems like ServiceNow (case management) and Workday.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly at all levels in English.
  • Ability to manage workload, work flexibly, adapt to changing priorities, and meet delivery expectations.
  • Confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Proactive and service-minded approach.
