SMM manager in Galaktica

We are a Ukrainian product IT company Galaktica, which creates and promotes its own online projects in the most solvent markets of the world: USA, Canada, Australia, Great Britain, EU. Our company, like our core product, has been around for over 5 years now, and Galactica products have been successful. This enables us to ensure the growth and development of our employees.

The active growth phase of the company continues, because we not only scale our main products, but also create new internal startups in the field of AI, EdTech, AdTech, MilTech, invest in external ones, work on charity projects. Therefore, we are looking for a SMM Manager - a person who knows how to make content come alive, attract an audience and pump up brands in social networks ??

What will be included in your areas of responsibility:

• Lead and develop social networks of the company's products and brands.

• Create content plans (posts, stories) in accordance with the approved strategy.

• Develop and write texts for posts, stories and video captions taking into account the tone of voice of the brand.

• Select or independently create visual content: photos, videos, graphics.

• Mount Reels and perform basic design in Figma, Canva or similar tools.

• Publish content according to the content calendar and maintain the relevance of profiles (caps, highlights, stories).

• Work with the audience and the competitive environment: respond to comments and messages, analyze the content and communication style of competitors.

• Participate in creating content for charity and social projects of the company, including filming for needs.

What skills and criteria are important to us now:

• Able to write posts, stories and scripts for Reels.

• Able to plan content: create content strategies, rubrics and content calendars.

• Confidently work with basic design in Figma and you have basic Photoshop skills.

• You have experience editing videos in CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut or other editors.

• You use AI tools in your daily work: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe AIetc.

• Have work experience in SMM at least 1 year.

• Speak English from B1.

• Live in the city of Kyiv.

It will be a big plus if you:

• Have experience with Meta Ads Manager (Instagram / Facebook).

• Understand the basic principles of targeting: audience selection, campaign optimization.

• Worked or are familiar with TikTok Ads and YouTube Ads.

• Have basic skills design, which helps to create bright and noticeable content.

Our company, as a socially responsible business, on an ongoing basis implements a number of projects and initiatives aimed at supporting such areas as: the army, soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the development of children and youth.

On the basis of the company, there are two charitable foundations that specialize in the rehabilitation of military personnel and aid to military children and those affected by hostilities.
