• Checking daily reports of service points: availability, correctness of registration, shortages/surpluses, refunds, non-cash transactions.
• Working with on-site service reports, fiscalization of payments, formation of a monthly debt report.
• Processing of acts without execution, adjustment of order amounts on the instructions of the management.
• Control of changes in orders: adding value, services, checking anomalies.
• Working with directories (nomenclature, price list, customers): updating, additions, making changes.
• Consulting colleagues on cash matters.
• Formation, processing and analysis of debt reconciliations, inventory reports (at the points of sale and production).
• Reconciliation of services for B2B clients, transfer of agreed data to accounting.
• Reconciliation with contractors, formation of requests for payment.
• Preparation of analytical reports at the request of management.
• Calculation of the bonus part of the salary of production workers and reception points.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Work experience in the field accounting, financial or management analysis would be an advantage.
• Attention, analytical thinking, ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Proficient user of Excel, knowledge of BAS preferred.
• Responsibility, punctuality, ability to meet deadlines.

Working conditions:

• Schedule: five-day work week (09:00-18:00).
• Format: office; after the trial period, a hybrid work format is possible.

Salary:

• for the trial period (3 months) — UAH 24,000;
after confirmation — 28,000 UAH; the next review is June 2026.

Place of work: Kyiv, st. Luhova, 1 (Obolonsky district)
