SMM Manager in SKELAR

We are currently looking for an SMM Manager - a person who will build trust among users and increase the presence of the product in the digital space.

What challenges await:
— Work with Tier-1 markets;
— Development and management of a complex system of SMM accounts on various social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok; 
— Master and freely use brand monitoring services;
— Work with the reputation of product brands on the Internet (Reddit, Quora, Instagram, FB, review sites, etc.);
— Conduct an audit and conduct regular reputation monitoring, as well as form your own anti-crisis plan in case of reputational attacks.

What we expect from you:
— 2+ years of experience in managing SMM projects in competitive niches and different markets;
— Case studies with measurable results;
— Knowledge of the main platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), their functions and algorithms;
— Ability to develop and implement a content strategy to achieve brand goals, such as increasing awareness and audience engagement;
— Ability to research, analyze and structure information.

Nice to have:
— Knowledge of SEO basics, content optimization for better visibility in search engines and creation of selling texts;
— Knowledge of Online reputation management best practices and practical experience of their use;
— Experience of working with rave sites (in particular, Reddit, Sitejabber, Quora);
— Experience in crowd marketing and OSINT skills.

In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
