SMM manager in UDI GROUP

UDI GROUP is an association of Ukrainian companies in the defense and security sector under the general management of the investment fund Ukrainian Defense Innovations (UDI).

Companies of the group are licensed manufacturers and suppliers of the Ministry of Defense and other power structures of the country. Some of the enterprises were created in 2014.

Among the areas of work of theUDI GROUP companies are sewing production, a design division, the production of specialized fabrics, demining agents, polymer parts, armor elements, ammunition, UAVs, a humanitarian demining operator.

The primary task of the group companies is to provide the soldiers of the Defense Forces of Ukraine with high-quality and reliable means of protection, as well as means of defeating the enemy.

The organizational structure of UDI GROUPincludes the management group and production companies.

The marketing department of Rarog Tactical Gear is currently looking for candidates for the position of SMM manager who will develop the company's social networks.

Main responsibilities:

1. Management of the company's social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram):

• Development of a detailed content plan for a month/week. 
• Generation of ideas for new content. 
• Writing texts for publications.
• Answers to subscribers' comments and interaction with the audience. 
• Tracking current trends in the field of content. 

2. Participation in the creation of photo and video content:

• Preparation of technical tasks (TOR) for the designer and video editor. 
• Control of the process of creating visual materials. 

3. Analytics and reporting:

• Analysis of post results (reach, engagement, clicks, etc.). 
• Preparation of regular reports on the effectiveness of social networks.

• Experience with Figma or other editors.
• Ability to work with AI agents. 
• Creativity: the ability to generate non-standard ideas to attract the audience.

On an ongoing basis, we finance the rehabilitation and prosthetics center TYTANOVI Rehab, professional correctional assistance of psychologists for children who lost their parents in the war.

Format of cooperation:

• Work schedule: 3 days a week to choose from.
• Location: Lviv, st. Kulparkivska.
• The duration of the trial period is up to 2 months.
