It is ideal if:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in SMM, and projects in HoReCa are a big plus;
• Your expert vision is not "intuition", but clearly reasoned decisions. If something doesn't work, you talk about it and offer options, and don't hide behind "I was told so";
• You know how to prioritize and measure your own results;
• You are interested in surpassing the market leaders, not "being no worse than your neighbors";
• You are open, communicative and can be the face of the brand - confidently in the frame, clearly in words.

What you will do:

• You will create and implement an SMM strategy;
• You will run Instagram and do cross-posting on Facebook;
• You will work with the production team on content that is not scanned;
• You will manage work with influencers and coordinate the work of the blogger manager;
• You will launch creative SMM activations and contests.
