SMM manager in Live Media HUB

Hello! media platforms: Novyny.LIVE — an information and political portal, and lifestyle media about events and people of the capital — "TyKyiv". We currently work in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa and Lviv.

We are looking for an SMM specialist who will be responsible for the development and management of social networks, content creation, work with analytics and building brand awareness in digital channels. 

ATTENTION! You can work remotely, but we consider only those candidates who can attend events and shoot content in Kyiv! 

Requirements:

• availability of a portfolio, cases and experience in SMM / content;
• experience in the position SMM specialist from 1 year;
• experience working with content for social networks: Instagram, Facebook (Reels, Stories, posts, short videos);
• skills in creating short dynamic videos on the Reels smartphone "following trends";
• ability to structure content: rubrics, content plans;
• experience working with the media will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• page maintenance (posting, profile design, adding relevant links) (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook);
• developing an effective promotion strategy;
• creating and content implementation (writing TK posts for posts);
• interaction with the audience (responses to comments, interactives in stories);
• analysis of results (statistics, reports, strategy adaptation);
• prepare content plans taking into account PR campaigns of the holding, key events, releases and social initiatives;
• create text, visual and video content (posts, reels, stories, short interviews, behind-the-scenes formats);
• make postings, moderate comments, interact with the audience;
• participate in outings at holding events and create content from the location (interviews, stories, backstage).
