We are ECO Market - a national chain of supermarkets that has been operating in Ukraine stable since 2002. Our network includes more than 80 stores and 2,500 employees throughout Ukraine. The stores are located in 10 cities of the country. Our network includes food and non-food essentials, and we also have our own production - cooking and baking! Some stores even have confectionery shops! Our suppliers are leading manufacturers not only of Ukraine, but also of the whole world.

In connection with the expansion of the staff, we are looking for a SMMmanager, whose main tasks will be:

What you will be doing:

Development and implementation of a content plan for the official pages of the company in social media networks.
 
 Creation and publication of content (text, photo, video and graphics) in accordance with the tone of voice of the brand.
 
 Administration of pages in social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and others - as needed).
 
 Moderation of comments and messages, support of communication with subscribers, work with reviews.
 
 Maintenance of columns and information projects in social networks.
 
 Monitoring the activity of competitors and trends in social networks.
 
 Preparation of weekly/monthly analytics: reach, engagement, audience growth, content effectiveness.
 
 Participation in creating a visual identity for social networks together with the designer (if necessary).
 
 Preparation of technical tasks for designer, photographer or videographer.
 
 Formation and maintenance of the brand image in social networks.

Requirements:

Experience as an SMM manager from 1 year (or the presence of a strong portfolio).
 
 Understanding the principles of promoting brands in social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
 
 Ability to create content: write texts, generate ideas, prepare scenarios for photos/videos.
 
 Basic skills in working with graphic editors (Canva/Figma/Photoshop - not necessarily all).
 
 Understanding of analytics social network: reach, ER, retention, engagement funnels.
 
 Literacy, sense of style, understanding of brand tone of voice.
 
 Skills in working with content plans and publication calendar.
 
 Ability to respond quickly to comments and moderation.

 Creativity and ability to generate ideas.
 
 Responsibility and punctuality in completing tasks.
 
 High level of communication.
 
 Ability to work in multitasking and meet deadlines.
 
 Initiative and proactivity.
 
Will advantage:
 
 Experience working with bloggers/partners.
 
 Basic video editing skills (CapCut / any other simple editor).
