we are looking for a position to study the clients of the bank belonging to the high -risk category of clients, and participation from the SCC in the process of approval of clients and partners of the bank on the committee approval of clients, taking into account the risks of financial security; / Provide consultations to the bank's employees on identification, opening /closing of customer accounts and other issues related to the work of the unit; clients and partners of the bank, opening / closing of customer accounts in accordance with the requirements of BNPP and legislation of Ukraine, simple and understandable language (stages of the process, participants, risks, controls, etc.); closing customer accounts; Analyze the effectiveness of the processes of identification and opening/closing of customer accounts (measurement of process indicators - process length, time spent time, % of errors and defects, customer satisfaction level, etc.); l> Develop business and technical tasks for refinement of processes of identification and opening/closing of customer accounts in IT bank systems, testing IT revisions. This work is designed for you if you have:
- complete higher economic or law education;
- Analytical abilities, ability to structure information, availability of work experience for the development of regulatory documents;
- at least 2 years of banking experience in compliance, financial monitoring, clients' study, account opening, business processing;
- Knowledge of Ukrainian and international legislation in the field Compliance and financial monitoring, opening accounts;
- Knowledge of the state language;
- Knowledge of English not lower than the level of intermediate;
- Fundamentals of computer technology of information processing; l>
- self -organization skills;
- perfect possession of MS Office, Power Point, Excel, World, Sap
