Customer Support Representative (English, Chat Only) in Eloboss

We are looking for two support agents for the Eloboss.net project!

We provide virtual goods and services in online games such as CS2, Valorant, and League of Legends worldwide.

The schedule is 2/2 (3/3), from 11 am to 11 pm, with monthly payouts for the previous month.

Requirements:

• English B2 (There will be a test task).
• Have a basic understanding of online games, how the rating system works, etc.
• Have empathy and willingness to help our clients.
• Be a confident PC user, Google Sheets.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to incoming inquiries from prospective and current customers via online live chat.
• Process orders, maintain a Google Sheets spreadsheet, and update the range of products on the website.
• Communicate with the rest of the staff to clarify information on order progress, problems encountered, etc.
