What needs to be done:

• analysis of the market, external and internal sources of information in order to attract new business and customers;
• analysis of databases (SRM, statistical information, Internet resources, etc.) in order to identify potential customers of the bank for their further attraction; 
• collection and analysis of information about potential and current customers in order to form individual commercial offers for them
• organization and implementation of calls and meetings with potential and current customers in order to sell a full range of services, including focal product, as well as identification of client needs;
• participation in seminars, exhibitions, conferences with the aim of attracting new clients; 
• monitoring of the banking services market, tariffs for them, as well as new banking products
• writing commercial and indicative offers for clients
• coordinating with responsible managers of individual tariffs when creating an indicative offer for all types of banking products;
• monitoring the implementation of set goals at the regional level.

This will require:
higher economic/legal/financial education
knowledge of the current legislation and regulatory framework in terms of operations related to the activities of legal entities in various sectors of the economy, basic knowledge of legal acts in relation to all operations carried out in the Bank "financier, economist" for at least 2 years.
• vilmastery of Excel, Word, working skills with ABS B2, JReport, iFOBS, CPM
• practical skills of financial and economic analysis of enterprises in various sectors of the economy.
experience of attracting new small and medium-sized business clients and negotiating with top managers or business owners
