What for it is important to us:
- Experience in a similar position (Key Account Manager/Regional Manager) in the FMCG, retail or b2b segment - from 2-3 years.
- Knowledge of the principles of working with national and local trade networks.
- Ability to develop and implement customer management strategies.
- Confident skills in forming and managing trade terms, including contractual obligations, payment terms and marketing support.
- Developed negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with financial and analytical reporting (P&L, sales analysis, ABC, etc.).
- Knowledge of modern CRM systems.
- Leadership qualities, the ability to work autonomously and in a team.
- Readiness for business trips to Ukraine (once a month).
Main tasks for the position:
- Development and implementation of key customer development strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Management of contract terms: pricing, discounts, promotions, logistics and payments.
- Conducting regular meetings with network representatives to agree on cooperation development plans, etc.
- Monitoring and analysis of sales performance in national and local networks.
- Development and implementation of individual offers for customers, taking into account their needs.
- Control of the fulfillment of contractual obligations by customers and the company.
- Planning and control of marketing activity in trade networks.
- Participation in the development and implementation of loyalty programs for key partners.
- Maintenance of detailed reporting on work with clients and results of implemented projects.
