Requirements:

  • Experience in technical support of sites / web projects (will be an advantage)
  • Understanding the principles of operation of sites, CMS, hosting

Responsibilities:

  • Constant monitoring of site performance 24/7 (through notification system), out of turn response only critical incidents
  • First line of technical support: prompt response to failures, errors, incidents
  • Reception and processing of appeals from users and internal teams
  • Basic diagnosis of problems (front, back, integrations, hosting)
  • Resolution of simple problems
  • Transfer of complex incidents to the 2nd line / development with a full description of the problem
  • Service recovery control
  • Fixing incidents in the system (Jira / Service Desk / other)
  • Checking the correct operation of forms, payments, integrations, content

Basic knowledge:

  • HTTP / HTTPS
