Site foreman (production of dairy products) in Molokozavod №1, TOV

Dairy No. 1 invites permanent employment of a site foreman. The work schedule is variable, the salary 21000 UAH/month after paying taxes.

Main responsibilities:

• organizing the work of the station, issuing staff tasks, coordinating their execution by shift train, control of results;
• management accounting for the quantity and quality of raw materials, ingredients and materials;
• control of the technological process;
• maintenance of reporting documentation;
• taking inventory.

Requirements: 

Skills:

• full (partial) higher education;
• experience in managing a team of 10 people for at least two years (advantage given to candidates with appropriate education and/or work experience in the food industry);

Qualities:

• initiative, energy; 
• discipline, responsibility;
• ability to quickly make decisions on urgent issues.
