Monitors the state of compliance by drivers with the Road Traffic Rules in terms of stopping and parking vehicles and Vehicle Parking Rules.  Conducts consideration of cases on administrative violations, issues resolutions on administrative offenses. Within the limits of authority, conducts temporary detention of vehicles.

Higher education at least a bachelor's degree, fluency in state and business languages, knowledge of the basic principles of computer operation and relevant software tools.
