Your tasks will be:

• organization of store operations
• implementation of the defined sales plan and other KPIs
• building and motivation of the team
• working with the product based on sales results and VM standards
• coordination and control and calculation - cash operations
• pleasant and professional customer service

We are looking for you if:

• you have 1 year of team management experience
• you must have experience in retail trade in an administrative position
• you motivate others and achieve your goals
• you know VM standards
• you own a computer at the level of an experienced user
• ready to travel for a training period
