B2B development manager (PRO client segment) in Lerua Merlen Ukrayina / Leroy Merlin

Leroy Merlin Ukraine is an international retail company known and recognized throughout the world. We specialize in trade in goods for construction, repair and furnishing of housing.

Leroy Merlin Ukraine is part of ADEO, an international holding group that united 35 autonomous companies in 12 countries of Asia, Europe and South America.

We are looking for a B2B development manager for the PRO-customer segment.

Main responsibilities:

• Professional customer market analysis;
• Interviewing PRO-clients;
• Development and implementation of a strategy for working with PRO;
• Formation of B2B offers;
• Development of a model of work with B2B clients;
• Launch and development of direction;
• Organization of store teams and cooperation with other teams.

Requirements:

• Experience in launching or developing B2B areas (we especially appreciate similar experience in retail);
• Skills in market research and client needs;
• Understanding the peculiarities of working with a professional audience;
• Strategic thinking, initiative and willingness to build "from scratch" processes;
• Ability to transform customer needs into practical commercial solutions;
• English level - intermediate.
