Quantum Solar - we are engaged in the implementation of energy-efficient solutions and are currently looking for a technical specialist to join our team to support our customers after installing the systems. You will become the face of our company's service and the main expert who is asked for help in case of problems with the operation of the equipment. В We offer stable work with the possibility to work remotely from home, provided there is a high-quality communication and your involvement in the processes.

What to do:

• Remote consulting and diagnostics: technical support for customers via phone and messengers

• Development of solution algorithms: analysis the state of the system and providing customers with clear step-by-step instructions for independent troubleshooting

• Coordinating visits: prompt interaction with the technical manager to organize specialist visits, if the problem cannot be solved remotely

• Full control of the application cycle: support of each request and maintaining communication with the client until full restoration of working capacity systems.

What you need to know:

• Technical expertise: knowledge of the principles of operation of UPS, inverters, batteries and solar panels

• Communication skills: the ability to simply and clearly explain complex technical processes to customers without special education

• Psychological stability: high level of stress resistance, politeness and the ability to quickly make decisions in critical situations

• Infrastructural readiness: availability of a reliable Internet connection
