Serviсe Desk Engineer (ID 238) in HELSI

HELSI is a medical information system that is currently one of the largest in Ukraine. The service allows patients to quickly and conveniently make an appointment with a doctor, diagnoses, tests, vaccinations and order medicines, and hospitals to participate in the reform of the health care system to ensure equal access to quality medical services for all citizens of Ukraine.

More than 8.3 million people are already users of the Helsi mobile application. The system is used by more than 2,600 health care facilities and more than 38,000 doctors throughout Ukraine.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Windows.
• Knowledge of REST API.
• Ability to use HTTP (S) - GET/POST/PATCH methods.
• Experience with curl utilities, postman.
• Understanding JSON data structure.
• Experience with service desk/help desk and bug tracking systems.
• Experience with Jira Service Desk would be an advantage .
  
  Responsibilities:
• Technical customer support.
• Analysis and correction errors arising from the side of the client.
• Communication with external teams.
• Assisting clients in solving technical problems directly in the institutions.
• Traveling to client institutions.
