Vacancy: SMM manager

Operating conditions:

• Schedule: Mon.-Fri., 10:00-19:00.
• Work in the office (partial home office is possible during military operations).
• Official employment.
• Vacations in accordance with the labor legislation of Ukraine.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 2 years.
• Higher education in the specialty of marketing, PR or related.
• In-depth knowledge of SMM, advertising platforms Instagram and Facebook, LinkedIn , analytics.
• Knowledge of Canva platforms, additional Google services (document, table, presentation, form).
• Creative thinking and the ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication skills skills, personal time management, responsibility, aesthetic taste.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of promotion strategies in social networks.
• Interaction with agency clients and management of their accounts in social networks.
• Preparation of content plans, writing texts
• Selection of references for content creation.
• Preparation of the shooting plan and transfer to production: staging production tasks to the manager, photographers, videographer, editing operator to create content in accordance with the content plan.
• Control of the implementation of production tasks.
• Creation of creatives and stories in the Canva application.

• Setting tasks for complex creativity to designers.
• Posting in social networks.
• Interaction with a target specialist, providing all necessary information about projects.
• Selecting bloggers and coordinating cooperation with them.
• Preparation of reports and analysis of their results.
• Participation in Brainstorm during the birth of creative ideas.
