Service Manager (Solar Energy, C&I, Technical Support, Administration) /Service Manager (C&I PV & ESS Projects)

About the company:

Huawei Digital Power is a global player in the field of solar energy. Due to the active growth in the commercial segment (C&I), we are looking for a service manager who will strengthen the service team.

Duties:

• Coordination of technical support for C&I projects (inverters, UZE).
• Warranty support, organization of repairs, replacement of equipment.
• Working with partners (installers, EPC) and service centers.
• Supporting the administrative processes of the service department.
• Control of spare parts stocks, logistics, installation database.

Requirements:

• Experience in service support or technical support - from 2 years.
• Knowledge of the basics of electrical engineering, experience in RES - will be a plus.
• Skills in process administration, Excel, CRM.
• Ability to work with partners, quickly solve problems.
• English is average+ (for communication and documentation).
