To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Service Desk specialist in the city of Kyiv. Area of responsibility: Processing incoming of requests (e-mail/chat/calls)

• Higher education in the field of computer science, information technology or a related field
• Knowledge computer equipment, software and network technologies
• English language level - B2 and above
• Developed written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and the ability to learn quickly
