We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer who will help maintain the stable operation of our corporate systems and develop together with a strong technical team.
Responsibilities:
- Technical support for users of IT systems and services (SLA)
- Configuring access to the corporate network and resources
- Supporting IP telephony and communication services
- Providing remote access (VPN)
- Administration of mail services Microsoft Exchange / Outlook
- Monitoring and support of workstations (Windows, Linux)
- Backup and archiving support
- Administration of file resources, printing and scanning
- Working with terminal solutions and diskless clients
- Basic support of SharePoint Server
- Working with ITSM / Service Desk system
- Accounting of IT equipment (including in 1C)
Requirements:
- Desirable technical education (IT / telecom / engineering)
- Confidential knowledge of Windows, basic knowledge of Linux
- Understanding of network technologies (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Basic skills of working with Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services
- Experience or understanding of Service Desk / application systems
- Attention, responsibility, customer orientation
- Technical English - at the level of reading documentation
