Service Desk Engineer in Deps

DEPS is a Ukrainian company with more than 30 years of history in the field of telecommunications, energy, IT and engineering infrastructure. We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer who will help maintain the stable operation of our corporate systems and develop together with a strong technical team.

Responsibilities:

• Technical support for users of IT systems and services (SLA)
• Configuring access to the corporate network and resources
• Supporting IP telephony and communication services
• Providing remote access (VPN)
• Administration of mail services Microsoft Exchange / Outlook
• Monitoring and support of workstations (Windows, Linux)
• Backup and archiving support
• Administration of file resources, printing and scanning
• Working with terminal solutions and diskless clients
• Basic support of SharePoint Server
• Working with ITSM / Service Desk system
• Accounting of IT equipment (including in 1C)

Requirements:

• Desirable technical education (IT / telecom / engineering)
• Confidential knowledge of Windows, basic knowledge of Linux
• Understanding of network technologies (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Basic skills of working with Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services
• Experience or understanding of Service Desk / application systems
• Attention, responsibility, customer orientation
• Technical English - at the level of reading documentation
