Customer support representative in Black River Express

We are a Black River Express logistics company that has been engaged in cargo transportation in the USA for more than 3 years. We are rapidly developing and ready to expand the team.

We are looking for a proactive specialist who will deal with communication between all parties involved in the transportation of goods (drivers/broker/customers) and practice English with native speakers on a daily basis.

We are open to hiring employees without experience in logistics.

Schedule work:

Working days - Monday-Friday. 

Morning shifts09:00-19:00 Kyiv time

Day shifts 15:00-01:00 Kyiv time

Your responsibilities:

• Monitoring cargo and control of timely delivery.
• Communicating with customers and providing updates on status.
• Solving logistical problems and promptly responding to delays or route changes.
• Coordinating the work of drivers and providing instructions.
• Managing a large volume of incoming and outgoing calls.
• Data entry and generating reports on operational indicators.

It is important that you:

• Speak English on levels B2 and above
• Was proactive, took initiative, offered solutions
• Stayed organized in a fast-paced environment, maintained attention to detail.
